Awning windows open outwards and provide lower directional ventilation as well as allowing the window to be open in inclement weather. Awning windows open smoothly with the turn of a crank and when closed, like a Casement window provide the tightest seal in  an operating window. As the wind blows against the glass surface the window actually seals tighter. Awning windows are custom made to fit your openings and specific designs.

Picture windows are available in 3 distinct profiles. The first, called High Profile matches both Casement and Awning windows for a smooth continuous look when used in combination. The second profile called Low Profile has the same "look" as a High Profile window but is almost 1 1/2" shorter in height, giving and extra 3" of glass in the height and width of the window. The third profile matches all the Slider windows as well as the Double Hung and  Single Hung windows.

Single Hung windows feature the same traditional styling, details and energy efficiency as the Double Hung window but the top sash is fixed to enhance performance while the bottom sash "tilt" in for easy and safe cleaning from inside your home. Single Hung windows may be joined with picture windows or banked with other Single Hung windows to meet any architectural demand in both renovation or new construction.

Double "Tilt" Sliders are perfect for large window areas where maximum ventilation is required without obstructing the view. Large expanses of glass and narrow sight lines give any room an outdoor, open feeling while still meeting todays energy standards in a cost effective manner. Both sash "tilt" in for easy and safe cleaning from inside your home. Screens are easily removed from the inside making cleaning a breeze. No more step ladders and stools. Double "Tilt" Sliders may be joined with Picture windows or in "banks" of sliders to form large glass areas for a contemporary look to compliment any home.

Single "Tilt" Slider windows are a perfect alternative to the Double "Tilt" Slider. This window has the same design and construction features as the Double "Tilt" Slider with the exception that the exterior sash has been fixed to enhance the performance in our harsh winter climates. The interior sash "tilts" in for easy and safe cleaning of the exterior and interior glass surfaces without the need to go outside. The half screen is removable from the inside thus eliminating the need for ladders and step stools. Single "Tilt" Sliders may be joined with Picture windows or in "banks" of sliders to form large glass areas for a contemporary look to compliment any home.

Double Lift-Out windows are built to stand the test of time. Practical and versatile Double Lift-Out sliders will allow you to fill almost any opening with an energy efficient window system that compliments all architectural styles. Clean exterior and interior lines, large glass areas with narrow sight lines and ease of operation make the Lift-Out Slider the perfect choice in all cases. Lift-Out Sliders offer maximum ventilation without complicated moving parts. Both sash glide on ball bearing rollers and easily lift out for ease of cleaning from inside your home. Since the windows lift-out rather than "tilt" for cleaning they are ideal for areas where bulkheads or other obstructions would hinder the operation of "tilt" windows. Simple, yet surprisingly efficient, the Basement window is designed around a "raised rail" concept found on many European windows. Both sash panels operate for maximum ventilation and can be easily removed for cleaning. The Basement window fits any decor without being obtrusive.
